いつものように神宮前駅の中にあるうどん屋さんでお昼。

「そば／うどん」の選択肢が、名古屋では「きしめん／うどん」になるのはなぜだろう。
きしめんはうどんの親戚のようなものだから、うどんをやめて「そば／きしめん」のほうがよいように思うのだが。

Finished today’s first session.
I have udon noodle for lunch. Taste is good.

In this noodle shop, we can select the kind of noodles called “Udon” and “Kishimen”.
There is no choises for “Soba” noodle.
The region Nagoya is a little bit peculiar in comparison to other region.
