敦賀行きの新快速は8両編成で混んでいた。小さな子と赤ちゃんを連れたママが乗って来た。近くにいた先客が席を譲り合う。席を変わったおばちゃんがさっそく子どもに話しかけていた。こういうフランクな雰囲気はなかなか東京にはないような気がする。

The train for Tsuruga was crowded. A woman with a little boy and a baby were riding on this train. Neighborhood gave and took the seats. A lady who changed her seat talked to the boy right away. It seems people living in Tokyo are not so casual like here Kansai.
