ほとんどの人はフォトグラファーにカメラを向けられると多少なりとも動揺するものである。
が、ときどき決して恥ずかしがらない人に出会うことがある。
今日は還暦祝いの記念撮影であった。孫たちが遊んでいるのをひとしきり撮ったあと、おじいさん、おばあさんのツーショットを撮った。
この年齢の人たちは「手をつないでください」というと恥ずかしがったり照れたりするものである。このおばあさんも事実そうであった。が、おじいさんは全く動じない。自然に妻と手をつなぐ。結婚写真のようなポーズもお願いしてみると、ぎこちないながらも落ち着いた様子。
武道でもやっていたのかと思って聞いてみると、陸上自衛隊員であったという。それも落下傘部隊とか。かっこよすぎる。
肝が据わっているから、僕が多少ふざけても意に介しない。軍人さんの精神力というのはすごいものだ。
いつか彼のような人を自然に大笑いさせたいと思う。修行せねばならない。

Finished today’s work.
Most of people who is taken pictures by photographer are a bit shaken up.
But I sometimes meet a person who never feel shy.

I had a big family photo session. I made smiling them like always, but the old husband never laugh out loud. He kept being calm and never looked shy.
I wondered what he had used to do before his retirement. I thought he would do a traditional martial arts.
I agreed with his answer to my question.
He was a soldier of JGSDF. He told me that he had been a member of parachute troop.
He never laugh even if the photographer just behaves fun to make him smiling.
I need more effort to make a serviceman laughing out loud someday.
