本日の撮影終了。二件目は六歳女の子の七五三。
　
撮影終えて機材を片付けていると、社殿の前で袴姿の男の子の写真を家族が撮り始めた。

「どうして笑わないの」
「そうじゃないの、もっと自然に笑って」
「ヘンな顔しないの」
「ちゃんとしっかり立って！」

七五三でよく見かける光景であるのだが、端で聞いていると、なかなかシビアな要求をしてるのだなあと思う。
大人であっても、いきなりカメラを向けられて「自然に笑う」という行為ができるのであろうか。プロのモデルでない限り、九割がた無理であろう。
見かねて、でしゃばりかなと思いつつ僕が男の子と少し遊ぶと自然な笑顔になった。

Finished today’s all sessions. The second was “Shichigosan” photo of 6years old girl.
　
After the session, I heard the voice of the parents who wanted to take the “Shichigosan” photo of their son.
 　
“Why don’t you make a smile?”
“Noooo! Smile more naturally”
“Don’t make a funny face”
“Stand up straight!”
 　
I often see the scene like this, but I think it’s too difficult to make a smile naturally even the adults. They should perceive to make unreasonable demands for their kids when they take pictures.
　
I was impatient at them, and helped to playing with him. He got a natural smile.
